"In my journeys around the region I have counted many Wedge Tail Eagles flying high through the skies and sitting in the tree tops. Eagles remind me of the old days in an around the Goldfields back when mining first began, and how people came from all over the world to hoping to strike their fortune. Like when a young 17 year old was lucky enough to find a Nugget back in 1931, which happened to have the look of an Eagle and weighed 1,135 oz. The nugget was the largest to be found in Western Australia at that time. So I have incorporated the nugget look into the painting as an Eagle's shadow.

I then added the technique of dots onto a big Eagle in the centre of the art piece, as I do modern contemporary style of dot paintings in my other art pieces as a hobby as I have been painting that style since learning at the early age of 10.

My whole family have had the gift of being able to paint this modern contemporary style of dot paintings. Which my Big Brother Jason Dimer continues to inspire me to continue on with, as he has also painted the town with he's awesome art works and making our family very proud in the process.”
