"I believe that much about life is not always about just what the eye can see. The subconscious sees just as much as the eye, however our individual life experiences can cloud its message. Observation for me is an exercise in looking beneath the surface to study those life experiences and to take from them a positive learning to apply to life. Painting documents the study and observation without offering a definitive answer. That again is down to the individual."
