“You walk to the mirror and you find yourself in the work. Inculcated in the temporary mural. The heads are based on kewpie dolls (first developed 100 years ago). They were a take on Cupid, the mischievous love instigator. I wanted to create a work that was fun and unexpected. Not unlike love and affection.”
