Under a Desert Sky - Photography Exhibition
Under a Desert Sky is a group photography exhibition presented as part of Wild West Foto Fest, showcasing images made in and around the Goldfields region of Western Australia.
The exhibition brings together a diverse group of photographers whose work reflects the landscapes, communities and everyday moments that exist beneath the vast desert skies of the region. From quiet observations of place to striking environmental scenes, the photographs capture different ways of seeing and experiencing life in the Goldfields.
Featuring both emerging and experienced photographers, Under a Desert Sky celebrates the strong photographic culture that exists in the region and invites visitors to slow down and look more closely at the places and stories that surround us.
Wild West Foto Fest is a locally driven photography initiative that aims to connect photographers, support creative development, and create opportunities for people in the Goldfields to engage with photography through exhibitions, workshops and events.
